As part of our commitment to spending most of our travel time eating, we took a cooking class today
We learned to make three traditional Cambodian dishes, Amok, Lok Lak, and soup.
The class included a tour of a Cambodian market to shop for ingredients, which was interesting in itself- answering questions such as what that fruit we kept seeing was (jackfruit) as well just learning about new ingredients.
After the cooking, of course, came the eating- we’re very much hoping to replicate some of these when back home!
