We were sad to leave Cambodia, but we had a good trip! This post is best told via food shots...
Before we left, we tried Cambodian porridge (rice based). You add dried fish, pickles and egg to taste. Delicious!
In the airport, we saw Asia’s answer to Burger King - Dim Sum Emperors. Honestly, despite the cheesy name, these some of the best dumplings we have ever had!!!
The Vietnamese seem to favour their coffee to be very strong, and this particular cafe made a strong pitch (sadly we could not verify authenticity of their claim).
Saigon / Ho Chi Minh City was a totally bonkers place. Mad amounts of traffic, loud loud loud bars, but tasty food and great rooftop views. We only had around 24 hours here, before we made our way to Can Tho (via funky reclining bus).
